My work buddy was telling me in TOronto every summer there is a "Smoke out" on a Boat that leaves the Harbourfront. He said the deal is You pay 120 Bucks or some amount for a ticket get on the boat with fellow stoners they give you X amount of Weed with your ticket and its just a Blazeathon.... for everyone Anyone herd of this? I've lived in Toronto for 3 years now and I really want to hit this this summer if it exsists. it sounds like alot of Rating: 5
