I think that Ronnie is about 80% correct. FoxFarm is a Very, Very good Soil. and perlite should be 30-40%. but in Veg, (N) is the thing that is most important, at least I have learned. So higher (N) then others.

Also, do not out 1/2 strength Nuts in, then go to 100% next.. Nut Burn is easy to do. Start out at week two or so with 25% stength, and work it up from there 25% at a time.. go slow. get the feel.

From what I have read Nitrogen is most important during vegging.
