New grower in need of some advide

Miracle Grow Organic Choice Potting Mix from home depot. didnt really know what to look for, this shit looked alright.

and the second light (from what i can tell) is rubbish use the cfl i reckon.

dump second light for sure....get another cfl

both your lights are cfl just havent really seen anyone use the spot or flood cfls but it may work would probably continue to use both of them.
would go buy some perlite and some different soil preferbly for seedlings and add 25 percent perlite. should also get a thermometer and pick up some superthrive and when your sure that the temps are ok start some more seeds.
