Are you sure a visine bottle full will be enough? Who is the test for?

It holds the perfect amount. At home kit. If it's kept warm, like taped to my leg, it should stay overnight, right?

It will stay fine overnight but like FBR, My worry would be that it's not enough.

I know the test says 30 ml and that is what it holds.

That's not going to cover it man. They split my sample into two containers and both of those containers by themselves were much bigger than a Visine bottle.

After rereading it seems your doing this solely for a home test. You should at least use two of those bottles. God forbid, but what if you spill or miss, or whatever happens, having another bottle could save your bacon.

If you are trying to keep it warm, you can either put put it in a thermos like I do, or if you know a bit ahead, just toss it in there and it should get it up to temperature, wrap it in a "hot hands" heat pad and strap it on.

It was a success. Just got duct tape and taped it to the inside of my leg upside down. It hurt like a bitch when I took the tape off though.
