Heres how I was taught and it works no matter what you smoke from whatever you smoke it:

Take your hit but if from a bowl leave your lips lightly purse them over the piece so as when you inhale to let some outside air in at the same time. After you get you hit hold it as long as possible. BUT if you feel the need to cough slowly let the hit out thus lessening the need to cough. It takes some control but after a while you should have no problem at all taking 2 liter bong hits all at once...

Or start smoking cigs you'll never cough again!!! LOL

Yeah it takes some time but it comes with toking regularly. My friend smokes everyday and still coughs like a dumbass so it must be harder for some people.

Just kind of hold the cough in the back of your throat...

BTW if you cough you actually get higher because it violently forces more smoke into you aerolas or whatev those are called
easy_e Reviewed by easy_e on . ok, small problem... hey ya'll, i'm still sorta new, i've smoked before but just recently started really smoking. Ok, problem.... I cough, a lot. I can't help it and it is embarrasing. Is there anything to help fix this or to build up a higher tolerance? Or am i doomed. Rating: 5
