cell phone pics of ur plants is it safe?

Hey all just wanted to ask if its safe to send ur pics of ur babies to ur email using picture mail service of ur cell phone...Considering the pics get processed by ur cell phone carrier.....and can the pics be admissible in court?

My digi camera isnt working and needed to show some pics...thanx peeps....

Although I got photos developed under another name at Target, I took a pic of a bong to see what would happen, and some kid drew a picture of handcuffs on a scrap piece of paper and slipped it into my envelope, hah.

just do it bro... theres no way (in the one/millionth of a chance that anyone actually saw the pic) that they could prove it is ur plant instead of a pic thats been sent to u. the only time i wouldnt do that is like if u have a huge grow operation... dont be so paranoid
