I was watching the Sabres/Islanders game 4, and I saw the funniest thing. At the end of the 1st there was a girl with nice tits standing near the path the dressing room. She had mad cleavage and she was showing them to the players as the skated by for intermission. In the meantime, her dork ass boyfriend was cheering the guys on, totally oblivious. I hate to be that dude if anyone figures out who he is.

Also, you ever notice the algorithm that displays the tenths of seconds on a game clock? The algorithm seems to count one thousandths and rounds to the nearest tenth every time the result is within 9 hundredths of a second.

back when the sabres were playing the staars for the cup....both a sabre and dallas player were jammed up on the boards, the play is blown dead and the camera is on them both. there is this giuy against the glass beating on it real hard trying to get the dallas players attention...well they both look at the guy and the guy promptly gives the dallas player the bird..it was caught on camera and both the players skated away laughing. its was pretty funny.

also this year when the Eagles played the (s)Aints there was a girl with a shirt on that said fuck the eagles that got caught on camera.

I remember that series. I was in Texas and maybe 4 people knew what hockey was. One of them was a guy from Maine. They shouldn't even have a team.

ya know man i kind of thought that too at first....but then i got to thinking about it, hockey is not a very popular sport when you compare it to the others, football especially. i would love it if hockey was just as popular as football. and getting teams out there in texas, florida, arizona is a good start. i was in texas this past summer, and i was talking to this old head at the bar, he was telling me hockey caught on there like wild-fire. same with my buddy that moved to north carolina, he said that since the canes won the cup it exploded.

to me thats great. yeah i miss the north stars, jets, and whalers...but its great that hockey is becoming more popular.

There is some truth to what you say about that tradeoff. Maybe it will be easier for me to get games outside of my home city and have a few more people to talk about the sport I love.

I always was a football guy, then I caught on to soccer because it was a bit more cerebral and better paced. Then I realize that hockey was the brutal aggresiveness of football combined with the grace of soccer. It's now my favorite.
