There's not much I can really say, other than R_E_L_A_X, and take plenty of deep breaths. Analyze the situation you're in, and think of the best possible scenario if an anxious thougght happens to pop up. Try not to smoke in places that can produce a heightened sense of anxiety.

Just wondering if anyone has any tips for reducing paranoia. i get it pretty bad when i smoke. even if im just with a couple of mates in an empty house and i know nobody's home for weeks. I have to smoke outside most of the time (out and about) and its horrible when i get paranoid. even worse when somebody mentions police. Anyone got any tips to reduce it? Thanks in advanced! Rating: 5
