    Tips on reducing Paranoia

    I already got mad paranoia and sometimes I get psychotic episodes with extreme paranoia so I think I can help. Just focus on other shit. You just have to realize how stupid what you are thinking is. And even if it isn't, you gotta realize if something bad is gonna happen, probably can't stop it anyways.

    i've never been paranoid before but before i smoke i just always tell myself that there's nothing that you should get paranoid about. i don't know if it's that that works or if i just don't get paranoid.

    Being paranoid is a condition that is heightened by MJ. Especially the ones that lean towards Sativa. I recognised this early in life and was drawn to the Indicas, with a more of a narcotic high, and I love to make hash. Bear in mind if you make hash from a Sativa you going make a bad freaky hash. I spent years taking Xanax and finally a doctor found that I was depressed. New meds and I am just fine.

    What Crudemood said is something I wish I could teach every awkward teenage kid. Those with social anxiety have the idea that everyone is constantly judging their personal appearance and what they say when in fact all the other kids are probably doing the same thing.

    My advice would be to sit back take a few deep breaths and say or think "I plain dont give a fuck" "Whatever happens is cool with me I can deal with it" When I start to trip really hard on LSD I say that to calm down a bit

    Good advice, TheNext...

    There's not much I can really say, other than R_E_L_A_X, and take plenty of deep breaths. Analyze the situation you're in, and think of the best possible scenario if an anxious thougght happens to pop up. Try not to smoke in places that can produce a heightened sense of anxiety.

    Or distract yourself with food.

    you live in britain you shouldn't be paranoid, i got caught with a q on me and they just took it from me.... they didn't take my name or nothing.
    and also a lot of police are confused about the cannabis laws here.
    so basicly what im saying is i used to be pretty paranoid but after i got caught i haven't been.
