good vs. potent weed

Ok so i just have a question: is it possible to have highly potent weed that fucks you up, but isn't really good. like basiacly the high is intense but not good? because i had some beasters or something, and its really potent (actually its really really really potent) but a few of the times i smoked it my high was really twitchy... would better weed maybe be similar intensity with better effects? or are these bad highs not the pot, but me rather?

(ps. i've only gotten this wierd effect from this one batch, and it only took one hit to fuck me up big time, which is really unsual, specially for beasters right?)

Hydro tends to give a more energetic high where as regs will give a veg'd out stoned high. Plus regs tend to be much less potent.

yea listen to buck he speaks wisdom the force is strong in young buck lol i liek a few beers sum weed and the odd shroom i like hydro in the day and sum normal skunk at night to get me nice and melllowy if thats such a word n e way...
