TUESDAY, April 17 (HealthDay News) -- While smoking marijuana is never good for the lungs, the active ingredient in pot may help fight lung cancer, new research shows.
Harvard University researchers have found that, in both laboratory and mouse studies, delta-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cuts tumor growth in half in common lung cancer while impeding the cancer's ability to spread.

They're one step ahead of us. Marijuana has absolutely no medical value to them, only THC. They neglect the fact that most of the other 66 unique cannabinoids are what really do most of the miracle work.

LIP, our government sends 300 joints to 5 people still every month for medical purpose. That's the federal government. The same feds busting people in california for doing the same thing.

I, personally, belive America and Englands Governments are guilty of in-directly causing the deaths of many peolpe - simple by not legalising cannabis. Especially over here - we dont have any medical cannabis at all - and because it's illegal people dont want to use it - so they survive in pain - and sometimes dont survive - yet if it was legal i think they'd be able to get it and live a longer, happier life.

Our Governments are more interested in their jokes of laws than the well being and happiness of the people they work for.


Ok - that might be abit over the top - but i belive it's true.

--- I dont know why i bother posted the previous reply - of course they can - they've been denying it for years whist knowing full well it can help MANY ailments.

They just want people to suffer and die - and if they dont why arnt they making it legal? Or at least 100% legal, without prosecution for medicinal users. It should be just as legal as tobacco or alcohol.
