my boyfriend freaks out if I say anything about cops if we're stoned and out in public. I dont mean false alarm type stuff either. He'd rather not know that there are cops around because he gets really paranoid and acts sketchy.

I've recently learnt that a person is really your friend, and they do something that you really don't like, then you should be able to ask them not to do it..

That is the truth. The truth hurts, but oh well. They'll get over it. It is better to tell someone how they are acting and point it out then let them continue., because most people have no idea how others percieve them.

i can totally empathize with your BF. i get pretty paranoid. i'm the only one in my main group of about 10 friends that smokes weed, and i smoke a lot round them (like most of the time) and my best mate occaisionally says "cops" and doesn't realise how paranoid it makes me.

I had a minor accident at work. bumped a pallet and rattled a product off (It wasnt stacked good)
My friend came to me about 3 hours later and told me that management was upset becasue the pallet was ready to get shipped in 1 hour and they wanted me to get piss tested.
I was paranoid everytime a member of management came through.
i know what you mean.
but i work for assholes.

a few months ago we were meeting a friend out in a two track where we smoked. he had gone to get some swishers and we seen a car come into the trail and all of the sudden there was a spotlight shining through the trees and thought it was the cops so we chilled there and started to put everything away make sure nothing was out then still shining the big ass light he pulled up behind us then we looked and it was our buddy and he got out laughin and this dude we were with didnt really know him and laid him out. it was crazy. it was dumb and i guess he got what he deserved since one of our friends dumped the 8th we had broke down for the blunts out the window.:wtf:
