Thanx for your advice..it seems to me,that a worm 'farm',might be a good way to go,compost the left-over table scraps and newspaper,turn it into a constant supply of worm shit...lol.

I was wondering,when you say to use a fresh,live fish-chopped up into the soil bed,what size fish are ya talking about ? And does it need to be alive ?

Are we talking goldfish size..or perch,crappie,bass,catfish ? Being a Southerner,I think I would prefer to fert my plants with catfish..lol..and it would be hard for me to throw a good,eatin size catfish on the ground and chop it up ! lol
