Pale Yellow/Brown bits on a few leaves

Quick question, will pulling leaves near the bottom that look nearly dead cause stress on the plant? most literally fall off when you touch them

when they fall off almost by themselves, they are ready to fall off. The plant actually uses up stored nutrients in low leaves towards the end of flower, which is one of the reasons that even if a leaf looks yello, you shouldn't yank it until it comes free easily like that, because by then the plant has done what it's going to do with the reserves in that leaf.
