Looking at shoot to root ratio, I'm thinking you're probabley pretty rootbound.

You don't say what the medium or feed schedule are, so I can't give much advice there.

It does look to me as though there's an osmotic pressure issue,though.

Maintaining a tight node structure w/ CFLs requires some serious management. Don't know what the lighting array is, so I cant help ya there.

I think that you may have trouble finishing this plant out w/o repotting and radically upping the lumens.

But w/ a little more info, we can do more.

The plant is in its 5th month and is in its 1st week of flowering... The first 3 months of its life has been tough, just sitting in middle of room with a 22w CFL keeping it going, moved to 125w envirolite recently and made grow room (fans, etc see gallery) and since then its tripled in size etc. These problems have been present for about a month or so now not gettin any worse or better really.
