Pale Yellow/Brown bits on a few leaves

Please can someone diagnose the problems in the pics shown below.

The plant is in its 5th month and is in its 1st week of flowering...

The first 3 months of its life has been tough, just sitting in middle of room with a 22w CFL keeping it going, moved to 125w envirolite recently and made grow room (fans, etc see gallery) and since then its tripled in size etc.

These problems have been present for about a month or so now not gettin any worse or better really.

Rest of plant looks healthy apart from its shape, seems to be stretching alot?

I have added another pic of the plant as a whole, could you tell me if it looks slightly stretched if you know what i mean?

There are also many little tiny flys coming from the soil? I have a fly catcher (sticky thing) in the grow room which does catch a few. I have also sprayed some bug repellent that said it would not harm plants etc and was safe to use on fruit etc.

Any tips etc would be appreciated, loads of pic of plant (named pumba) are in my member gallery, take a look.

the light hardly gives off any heat, its one of them envirolights. Although i will not rule that out i think thats unlikely. Any other suggestions or are you certain?

First pic=light burn. Those white patches have been sitting up against the CFL. It's not going to hurt my feelings if you don't believe me.
You have other issues though. Your whole plant looks pretty wilty.

do you have any obvious reasons as to why the plant might be wilty? could it be that it has spent to long under an unsufficient light? as if its trying to stretch to reach the light or something? or?

Looking at shoot to root ratio, I'm thinking you're probabley pretty rootbound.

You don't say what the medium or feed schedule are, so I can't give much advice there.

It does look to me as though there's an osmotic pressure issue, though.

Maintaining a tight node structure w/ CFLs requires some serious management. Don't know what the lighting array is, so I cant help ya there.

I think that you may have trouble finishing this plant out w/o repotting and radically upping the lumens.

But w/ a little more info, we can do more.
I assume you understand that we have options on your time,
And we will ditch you in the harbour if we must-
