alright, in san diego under 28 grams is a simple posession ticket. Most police in SD look the other way with small amounts of weed. They are more worried about meth, coke and other narcotics.

You can use the argument, i smoke at home so i dont have to go out in public and do it and risk trouble.

Also, if for some reason you had a small amount of weed hidden in your room and the police did come search your house, it would be really hard to impossible for your parents to get in any trouble. They could just say they didn't know as long as your not growing or have any sort of quantity or have bongs sitting around the house.

Fortunately, she is well aware of the propoganda surrounding the herb and how beneficial it can be (to a certain extent). Her main issue is the legality of it (I live in the Southern California) but has agreed to have a talk about it with my dad and I. I sense a chance of approval on the basis of being safe legally.
