Not to talk too much about me, but I am at 3/4-1 full brownie in the morning, or 1 bowl every 3 1/2 hours until I want to sleep(2 bowls at bed time). Depending on my mood/energy levels I might not need to smoke at night. But the prefered method is 3/4 of a brownie in the morning(so it takes effect throughout most of the day, and the after effects linger on towards night), and 2 bowls at night to help me sleep. Don't know how this would work for you, but I would consider working something out with brownies to take effect throughout the day, and a bowl or two at night.
