Lookit that sativa stretch!
Yeah, I probably should have topped it right when I flowered it, but I didn't think it'd stretch like this. I don't generally top a strain the first time I grow it though, as I like to get an idea of what it does naturally. I wish this one was a little more Salma Hayek and a little less Giselle though =D I've only grown a couple of pure-ish sativas and they weren't this bad. Imagine what she would have done outdoors!
Funny you mention diagonal Stinky, I just designed a little ramp to hold her container at about a 45 degree angle. If she gets much taller, she'll be above my reflector, so I'll have to use something to bring her back down. I've tried gently bending her but she is very stiff and feels like it'll breakTokudai Reviewed by Tokudai on . Lookit that sativa stretch! So THIS is what they were talking about.... One is Oaxacan sativa, one is Fruit Loops (an indica) - Can you guess which is which? lol Both these plants were roughly the same size when put into flower ~ 19 days ago. Will it ever stop!!?!? Thats one of the Koolest things about cooltubes though IMHO, I can put this plant kind of behind and above the lamp with my reflector, helping to gain some headroom with the stretch. But everything else is up on boosters because the whole bottom shelf has Rating: 5
