Today i did watch the movie 300, and started to think. In the movie, the greeks are the heroes, and the persians are the bad ones. So, there is lots of scenes of persians (dressed much like they dress until today) being killed, slashed, mutilated, etc.
Today, the persia is called Iran. And seems the USA and another countries are seeking a reason to start a war against them (to get their petroleum, obviously).
So, for me it seems too much of a coincidence that at the same time, there is a movie showing persians being killed and destroyed. For me it seems it is like an ideological preparation, for the people think "oh, they are bad, its right to war against them" and agree with more one war.
