Just a general question, is it true that some strains actually dont give you cottonmouth? It says on erowid that cottonmouth varies with strain but pretty much all weed ive smoked gives me it so idk, but uh has anyone come across a strain that doesnt?

i've never known any strain names for my weed, but yeah, i've had weed that doesn't give me cotton mouth.. well not so bad... it's still dryer then i'd like, but it's not that i have a cold and have to sleep with my mouth open cotton mouth.

I wouldn't go as far and say it doesn't give ANY cottonmouth, but I definitely agree that some strains give more and some others less.

i got the same shit slipknotpsycho also agree with poiuyt to their is always some cottonmouth in strains. I have never really none the strain of my weed some has been really good about not having cottonmouth but others are really bad about it. If what i just said makes since.

i think thats true cause ive smoked some that has gave me no cottonmouth whatso ever and then others its like damn cotton lol

i wish i had some bud that doesn't give me cotton mouth. last night it was the worst i've ever had it but it's probably because it was a joint.

I'm betting indica hybrids and indica-dominant strains, which are harder to find, have less of a cottonmouth effect than sativas.

I support this hypothesis, in Los Angeles indicas are dominant (due to the popularity of OG Kush) and I have never gotten cotton mouth in my life.
