Just Wondering?

My friend is a grower and he said that after germinating the seed and planting it i can keep a cfl on it during the day and then at night when i go to bed i can put a blacklight on and when i wake up turn the cfl back on. he had some good grows with this i just dont know if it would really work. any suggestions?

the black light wont do a thing, its useless......stick with the cfl

keep the cfl on it and when ya get the chance, i would suggest getting a few more maybe 5-6 27 watt(100 watt replacment) they run about 7 bucks for a pack of two at wally world or if u wanna spend a little more get some 45 watt (150 replacment) about 8 bucks each. i say no on the black light because im sure it dose not put anyy useable light out put a little fan on it and tuck it in. lol . you could keep the light on for 24 hrs or could go with 18/6 i use 17/7 because the dark period "imo" helps root production and gives it a break every day you gotta think shes workin hard for her master lol alittle off subject but do u have some kind of room or cab for the flower period good luck dude!

Sup juggalo, I agree with them 24/7 on the CFL's till you ready to flower. I don't know if a Black Light is even doing anything for the plant. . .

ok thanks everyone. ya i have no grow cab its just a lil space behind my tv bc of landlord reasons and ya. so allsi need to do is just get something for the smell.
