well i was high as a motherfucker when they pulled in, and i knew my friend was fucked, and when they had him in cuffs, i knew they could search the vechical and well i usually sit in the back seat when im in that car and know all the hiding places back there, but i didnt have a clue up front, but what really pissed me off, is that the sack i had, was empty, and they still charged me with posession, well i guess it really didnt matter, in south dakota, if you get comsumption, you also get posession.. I have no idea why my bail was so high, could it be because i'm from North Dakota?? The damn jailers down there told me that the $500 had to be all in cash, then i come to find out that i just needed 10% of that... Yeah im pretty pissed off at my friends, i called them to bail me out, and i talked to the girl i road down with, and they just partied all weekend, she said they didnt even make an attempt to do anything, and she didnt know what was going on. I thought it was funny, when the cop that arrested me, opened up the cell in Spearfish before i got transfered to Deadwood, and told me that he really appriciated my coperation. I hope that sets an example that stoners arent criminals because we like to inhance our sences.

He passed all the field tests, but blew on a breath. blew a .025 or something, and southdakotas a zero tolerance state, so he still got a DUI and released the same night. He was stoned out of his gord too, and didnt get introuble for that.. but when i got in the car with him, i didnt know he was drinking, so i didnt think anything of it.
