If it is your first time might want to keep it between 300-400 mg of DXM. In liquid form, that's the 4 oz bottle. If you want to intesify it, double that amount. I'm about 5'10 175lbs and the 350 mg was plenty intense for me.

If I were you I would do 8 oz. I did 4 oz for my first time and it was awesome to say the least. But I only weigh 140... so if I were you I would do 8 oz.

I'm 190 6'1 and I drank a full 8 oz bottle. I drank Extra Strength Robotussin. I was REALLY fucked up, so I recommend the same thing to you.
