The isomerization part is not very easy... it needs strong acids (HCl, H2SO4), a lot of heating (hours) and apropriate equipment. Some day ill try it by myself, but im sure it would be pretty hard if you have not some skill with chemistry.
Look at:

And i have not the slightest idea of what it means by "whipping in air"... we do it with eggs, as slip said, but to do it wish hash oil is something beyond my understanding...
