The STD menace; Where did it all come from?

Remember how it was in the 1970's? You could have all of the promiscuous, uncovered sex you want in a non-consequential environment. Catch an STD and it was easily cured by penicillin. Now today, one must wrap it's dick in a thick, tight, nasty smelling piece of rubber than reduces the sensual feelings of sex by over 80%. and prevents warmth and wetness from coming into contact with the penis. What the hell happened between 1960 and today that has caused this madness and evolution of STDs to explode with hellish fury? Now there are hundreds of antibiotic resistant strains of STDs, and half of them are viruses that cannot be cured at all. Are we, living in this hellish era of mass bullshit, paying the consequences for what those people in the 60's and 70's were doing?
I am extremly frustrated that every time I go to fuck a girl or ho, I have to wrap my dick in a limping package of nasty rubber and bang her with very little feeling and a semi-erect dick. I am so close to the point of dumping the condom and just going all out raw, hence the name, LiveFastDieHard. I think that I am speaking for everybody here in terms of madness. Should we continue to wear a condom and destroy a potentially beautiful and mind expanding feeling by conforming to the status quota and wapping it in a sensation dulling rubber or decide to just go all out and enjoy the fruits that life has to offer us, and whatever consequences that we extract from our pleasurable deviances we live with?
If anybody knows or have any thoughts about the nature of STDs and where they come from, input please. Something tells me that bacteria and virus are of a micro-intelligent nature that reproduces in a similar fashion that we do, and produces new strains in a selective-competitive environment of neo-darwiniasm, What do you think?

it happens in any population...not necessarily stds, but disease when the population is to big for the enviroment to cope with.
