To do that, just add more water so it is below 75 proof. Really, its not something you can do on a whim. Look up methods, and even maybe a book.

Also, be careful. Most other solvents have a flashpoint way below room temp.

But pertainin to the thread can you evap the alchy by just settin it out in the sun or somthin? Somthin not dangerous or a chance to blow your nuts off?
