If you make very potent green dragon.... using bomb ass weed and very high proof alcohol.... Do you think it would be possible to evaporate the alcohol and be left with pure activated THC crystals?!?! I know this is done with other drugs like codeine... I dont see why it wouldnt work... I don't know if this was covered in this thread as I didn't read it, but what you are referring to is called Hash Oil. And no, when you evaporate the alcohol the THC doesn't go with it. The THC is what gets left behind.

Don't argue why, it's science and that's the way it goes.

I have made oil using 99% Iso Alcohol before. Using a 90% alcohol is no different than using the Iso Alcohol.

No. Not unless you boil the thc. That is well over boiling point of alcohol and water.

If you do this...you want to boil off alcohol first. Slightly lower temp than water. Then the water.

Before you boil, alchohol take around 3 weeks to disolve THC. So, let the nugg soak.

There are better solvants to use. Id only use high proof alc for a drink.

There a couple of ways to do it. But, prepare yourself. Have a toilet closeby or be outside. Youll gat shattered.

yeah I had a few bad experiences binge drinking until I couldn't remember where I was at. It started off fine.....we were sticking our asses out of the windows and throwing bottle caps at people....then some how I got half naked and it was like girls gone wild. I cant handle my alcohol. They STILL have pics of me sleeping with my face in the toilet. Ugh. Ive NEVER had an experience like THAT on pot. Thats why Pot is my ONLY drug of choice.

Hah. Pretty much my thoughts exactly. On Alcohol vs Weed. I was an alki till I found the beautifull world of pot. Now haven't even thought about touching alcohol for like a year. Just not appealing anymore :P

And as to not be totally off topic :P - I've tried doing that extraction before myself to make hash oil. Worked ok, but would of been better if I had everclear.
