do that for an hour a day, and u wil see results fast, you high will b unique again, and acheiving that first high is just as easy as doing the meditation more concentrated per day, then once u toke, youl b egtting another unique high, some ppl smoke quarters a day and only get a little high, lol thats very sad, just use third eye meditation and your gogin to b saving alot of money on your weed and you conscious mind is goign to get alot higher everytime u smoke
