Yea I wouldn't say cops aren't out to get you but thats another post..............I think if you are open about being a stoner you do make yourself more of a target but just being open doesn't permit unlawful stops,searches and seizures. At the same time you can only pull a stoner over before ulterior motives start appearing. Yes cops can target one group set group of individuals bc what They are individuals. Cops do not hate anyone because they love law and order but the entity behind the badge is susceptible to human like follies; racism,sexism, etc. I think your friend might be a target for some reason or another and it doesn't fucking matter the only thing that does matter are the rights of said citizen being violated. I think the next time he is puled over he should immediately ask(or when the time is right, more than likely he should wait till they ask to get in his car) why he is being pulled over and if no answer is given he should repeat his name, social and address. If they choose to arrest him he would be entirely in his right. If he doesn't like that rout then don't answer shit till his attorney is preset. I think we as a society(society of stoner's) not hobbyists should stand up for our rights. I think that would be the best tactic to prevent future harassment. If he just keeps taking it he will just keep getting it.Oh and before someone tries to say "Easier said then done" I've done exactly that. I was detained for 2hrs and my attorney cam and got me out. Asked what my charges were and immediately got me released bc they had SHIT. Oh and I'M A 6'6 250 Black man who is dreaded out with visible jewish stars tatted on him.:rastasmoke:
