Well I must say our friend is very smart. They got thier eye on him to rat some one out. I'm in NC too and they can make up reasons to pull you and not record it. The fact he went to complain means they want him more. He needs to be very very carefull. Lawyer won't do any good. I'm not far away he might want to move for a while. In the past year he has been pulled over 50+ times (i know that sounds like an exaggeration, but in all seriousness, most of these have been witnessed by me or other friends of ours.) He is african american and does smoke marijuana but like i said, has never been caught. I am wondering if there are any legal actions that he can/should take.
