Yes twenty you are right, we just can not figure out who did narc on him. He is a well known stoner, so the police must have gotten info from someone. The reason theyre after him is because he deals with the big fish... if you know i'm sayin.

In the past year he has been pulled over 50+ times (i know that sounds like an exaggeration, but in all seriousness, most of these have been witnessed by me or other friends of ours.) He is african american and does smoke marijuana but like i said, has never been caught. I am wondering if there are any legal actions that he can/should take.
