Floyd, it is a machine that shoots ultrafine aluminum crystals out of a wand that is placed on the skin while sucking them back up. It exfolliates the skin, almost like sandblasting but not.
FakeBoobsRule Reviewed by FakeBoobsRule on . my first microdermabrasion session... well, i did it...as my friends know, i am on atkins, and after a certain weight goal i was going to have this done....and i did...hahahaha.... it wasnt too bad, uncomfortable but not horrid...after hurt more when they put on the mask, and the whole wiping of my face..it is like a raw feeling, and now that a few hours have passed, it feels like a mild sunburn..though water hitting my face is a tad uncomfortable altogether... i could tell a difference right away, and so could my husband..it Rating: 5
