Canadian wed is full of nasty fertilizer. it tastes like it came from a chemical factory, as opposed to the earth like this stuff. Reason is that you "canadian commerical" is chock full of chemicals, whereas my organic lambsbread is chock fulla, well organic stuff from the earth.
