going back to the original post; you say you are in on the war on drugs, and then list a bunch of negative consequences of it. these are things the war on drugs creates, not drugs themselves.

It depends on the quality. If the quality is shit, which it largely is on this backwards little island, then people who are depressed in some way will more likely progress onto smack or something so they actually feel some kind of euphoric high.
