18toki:

I've got a ***VERY*** similar setup. Before I found this site (through a personal friend who is quite active on here), I was just kind of "ad-libbing" my way through it all. Your descriptions and pictures are excellent! It is wonderful to someone doing pretty much the same thing I'm doing, with the same equipment I've got, and from the same place(s) I purchased stuff from. The one thing I've done a bit different is my CO2 system.

I've got a 2-liter soda bottle that I've throughly cleaned out, added sugar, water and yeast. Drilled a little hole in the lid, and put in some of that standard aquarium tubing. Poked little holes through the tubing running along the 'roof' of my cabinets, and the end is at the back of one of the PC fans I've got for blowing into the cabinet.

My goal is to keep power consumption to an absolute minimum. Sometime next week, I'm going to whip up a few solar chargers and wind powered generators (mounted outside, with power running inside -- I've also got other equipment where this will be used) and some heavy-duty rechargables. Charge batteries, run at least the fans (from an old 45watt PC power supply).

When I get my camera batter charged (VERY old digital, VERY old battery, hacked together charging circuit) I'll snap some photos of my cabinets.

Again, thank you for your pictures and descriptions. You say English isn't your native tongue -- I understood EVERY word. You seem to have a better grasp on the English language than most Americans. Good job!!
