    Growing In Cabinets (CFL Grow-cab)

    There are many threads on "How to clone". I almost read most of them and
    hydro or soil, it's pretty much same..
    For soil grow, I prefer peat pellets, Rapid rooters but you can just use flushed soil with perlite.
    I'd use distilled water or purified water for better result.
    Olivia cloning gel is also a good product to use.
    Spray distilled water 2 times a day so that you can keep high humidity environment.
    You do this for 10 days and check for root development.
    There were 8 cutting but I threw away 2 because they were small and grew slow.
    When I saw root sticking out, I transplanted them in a 18oz cup and put them in my veg grow cab
    and I don't put them too close to the light because they are fragile.
    That' how I got my 6 clones in my veg grow cab.

    Pic #1: C-NL#1. This one is in my 3rd veg grow room and I am going to put this girl in my flowering grow cab after the harvest
    Pic #3: C-NL#2. I am keeping this one too and this will be in my flowering grow cab, too.

    These clones were in this veg grow cab for more than 7 weeks and I will keep them compact so I can have more cuttings.
    But it's kind of hard.. I have to water them everyday in the morning. When it's hotter, they go droopy in the morning. More topping and pruning is required to keep them small. They're just waiting for their time...

    I am pretty much done showing off my stuff.
    My plants are doing very well. I am nearly at the final stage and I have to decide whether I'm gonna harvest on 7 weeks or 8 weeks. It'll be this friday or next friday..
    Many people would give one more week so I would give one more week probably.
    I didn't have much sleep last night. I was searching for informations on flushing, drying and curing method. Now I know what to do..
    You know this is my first harvest.. so I spent some time looking at my buds, checked trichomes(clear and cloudy) and pussy hair. It's just so amazing to me..

    Flushing: I've flushed my plant with ph'ed water and run-off water was little bit yellowish but I guess it's ok.. I only used 5-gallon on 3-gallon pot.. I should have used 10-gallon but I didn't have enough water..
    Drying: I'll hang buds in my dryer for 3 ~ 5 days.. and I will keep them in paper bags for 3 days..
    Curing: I'll cure buds in a jar..

    There will be no "BIG" updates from now. As I said in the beginning, I'll harvest one plant every 4 weeks. Everything goes as I planed, I'll show my harvest pictures.
    Thank you all nice people sharing informations and knowledges.
    I thank some people sent me emails and email me if you have anything to say to me~
    Logging off for now, I have a business to take care of..
    PEACE~

    Hey, 18toki. Well, I dig your log, man. Five stars. :thumbsup: Good pictures, and good informed decision making. Looks like your first grow is going well and you're doing everything right. Your clones look nice. Maybe let us know what your survival rate of them are (I'm expecting 100%) .

    Looking forward to seeing the harvest pics! I think it's about time for me to start a new log, now!

    Be cool. RastafarI.

    Thanks for your comment, TGF.
    I look forward to see your next grow and I am curently watching invision's grow..
    my grow log is not organized and kind of mixed up.. I give only one star..
    I don't have any cuttings right now. They all grew up and they are in my veg grow cab. I took those pictures of cuttings 6 weeks ago.
    Anyway, The peat pellet cloning method was successful and all cuttings survived.
    Many people say peat pellet is not good for cloning. What I can say is.. It's little bit tricky.
    For my experiment, I had a little tiny cutting(2 inches), It also survived but It was just for fun so I threw it away. Right in the garbage can..
    So I have 8 females right now. 2 in flowering cab and 6 in veg cab.
    Even though I don't say, I keep watching your grow log. Keep it up, Fog!

    Hey, man. Well, yea I hear you about the peat pellets. IMO, one by one rockwool cubes are the best for cloning. IMO, of course. Just because they are more predictable than a peat pellet. This is my view on hydro vs. soil overall, so there's lots to be said. LOL

    Anyway, glad you kept what you needed to and got rid of what you didn't. It's hard to get rid of plants sometimes, especially new little clones, when you know they are female, huh? That's what I 'hear' at least.

    So, yea, I would have to assume that at least some people are looking at my logs, even if I don't get very many posts, but the view count shows me, I guess. I'll be watching invision's grow as well. I'm really looking forward to several people's harvest at this time, like Markass's, Shovelhandle's and Bree's. I love watching people's grows, but they go too slowly for me. LOL, I wish I could fast forward sometimes. Haha.

    I am so happy that I finally finished my first grow! :thumbsup:
    I took a lot of pictures but I lost all my pictures that I took for a week.. My digital camera is pretty old.. I think I have to get a new smart card or something..
    I harvested and trimmed.. then I hung buds in my "Budz Dryer". I'll dry them for a week or two.. I don't know yet.. If my dryer works good, It might take about a week.. and I bought 12 mason jars from Walmart for $8..
    Anyway, I am BLOODY ready for my second grow.. I disinfected the cabinet by spraying bleach-water around and cleaned.. then I transplanted C-NL#1 and C-NL#2 in 3-gallon pot and placed them in my flowering cabinet.
    I wasn't gonna put both of them together at the same time but I had no choice.. C-NL#2 is in pre-flowering stage right now and I think this C-NL#2 is gonna finish earlier..

    I took 4 cuttings from CLONE MOM a week ago and they look good so far. I will check roots development 3 days later and transplant them.. I'll put them in my veg grow cab.. I only want two.. I'll get lid of week ones..

    [attachment=o135551]
    [attachment=o135552]
    NL#1: 5.6 oz = 158 grams
    NL#2: 5.7oz = 161 grams
    So.. it will be little over 2oz when buds are dried well..

    [attachment=o135553]
    This is a Clone MOM.. If my cuttings don't survive, I'll have more cuttings..

    [attachment=o135554]
    C-NL#1 and C-NL#2 are in my flowering grew cab.. I'll have my second harvest 8 weeks later!
