yup the problems with those rubbish internet service provider's (yeah right) are continuing for me first my soposed 8mb was only signed for 2mb for reasons unknown and now theyve put it up to 8mb like it should have been in the first place its now even slower im not happy with the service or the product the modem is an out of date looking peice of crap, i mean cmon the modem even has its own power transformer...wtf? my last modem from freedom broadband only pluged intothe usb then into the wall....simple and eays no hot power cables all over the gaff

anyways so yeah talktalk by carphone warehouse is complete "exploit deleted"

another problem is even thou i kept my excisting freedom broadband connection running on the direct debit this crappy talktalk have switched it from a bt line to a cable line meaning i have to cancle talktalk....get the line back with bt (48 hours)....find a new isp ...sign up with them.....wait for the modem dilivery...wait for the go live date......


all because talktalk cannot provide a service they bang on about all the time , talktalk are liars and thives if i signed up to the "FREE" 3 month trial and tried to cancel they still charge u a £70 cancelation charge......even thou it was a free trial and you still send the modem back......so hwo is that free? goodthing i didnt get on that crap, but still talktalk u suck

NO webpage loads correctly and pages time out halfway though loading forcing you to sit there clicking refresh (and no ive dum numerous malicious software scans my comP IS free of them)

the e-mail address you get with the package is basicly fictional as u can never sign in properly

it says "UP TO 8mb" for a reason..........YOULL PROBABLY NEVER GET ABOVE 5MB!

I myself think the modem is a fire hazard it is incredibly hot rigt now and plus u have to remember to switch it off by its main power supply at the rear of the modem each time u leave the comp.......yeah cmon why for the last 3yrs have i never had to do that with my previous modem? isnt technology and time soposed to produce better results?

edit while typing this message i clicked post...and it says my connection with the cannabis.com server had timed out..........coincedence? mmmm never happend in my 2mb freedom...ever
