Alright so my mom used to grow

we alrdy have 1 regular heating lamp. she says thats all we need ^_-

that would almost definately depend on what type fo bulb is in it...

and incadescent bulb? hell no... a CFL bulb? maybe... (although i'm sure there are more to choose from, that's just an example)

If you're just using the SOCKET... fine. Call it a socket.
Go chill in the grow area and help mum catch up to the 21st c.

i never kenw there was a specific bulb for heatlamps? lol.. i thought it just used w/e bulb is in it...

you know tho.. now that i think about it, what i said doesn't make much sense... cuz CFL bulbs don't get hot... i didn't think about that atm o.0 but yeah, i have a cfl bulb mounted under my computer desk for my fly traps and it never gets over about 80-90 degrees or so....

btw, my disclaimer is as follows:

when it comes to growing, my words are never to be took as truth, just assumed possibility until a real grower confirms or denys it... i still know nearly nothing about growing... i just try to offer input where i can... but any grower here, should have their word taken over mine trust me... it's for the best lol..

yup takes lots of juice and emits as heat rather than light. red and infrared if i am not mistaken. very very bad for plants. too much heat. not enough usable lumens. makes your electrical meter spin around like the exorcist.

hmm.. maybe tha's why my baby ducks weren't doing so well the first week or so.... =/ (many years ago and they're long gone but i did everything i was told and they weren't doing so well.. the bulb in the heat lamp tho, was just an incadescent)

Thats pretty cool. So your mom is gonna grow with you or what? My dad tried going way back in the early 80's and late 70's, but he said he would be down to try growing outdoors again if I gave him some info. But yeah man just get your mom up on the know how, and also learn up yourself. You should do fine.

LOL! I like Slipknot - some people say it's just noise but it's music to me, it's beautiful, and skilled. I also like baby ducks - i work on a river so i see all the wildlife too, i like to smoke and have a fish on my breaks so i also enjoy that - i've just realised i've gone completely off course - forgive me, im fucked.

hey i don't know a whole lot about slipknot but i love the music. don't know about the vocals though. lol and who is their drummer? he plays the fuck out of a double peddal base.
