240volt -15 min. delay timers ?

Curious if anyones seen a 240 volt version of one of these timers ?
Dont wanna loose a bulb due to hot starts .



This ones only 120 and i'd havta buy 1 for each light . If I can find a 240 version I can put it inline before the actual controller / timer and only buy 1 .
