Extreme help needed....

Have a DOT pre-employment drug screen set up tommorow before noon at a place called Concentra here in Fort Worth,Texas. Only thing I am a daily smoker by pipe and I have less than 24 hours for the test-Employer wants me to start Monday if all is well. Help-I am only interested in dillution and I wonder if I have enough time? I can tell you this-I last smoke a blunt or two with some friends at the end of March but a dime bag will last me 4 to 5 days to a whole week. Any help will be appreciated as I am 5'10 or 11, 200lbs and I drink about 64 ounces of water daily-give or take some days.

i can offer some advise on when you're pissing. DONT let it be the first piss of the day
DONT piss straight into the cup, take from midstream instead.
DONT flush afterwards, they call your test invalid and make you take another one.

maybe they will give you an oral test, oral tests are crappy, I had to take one and wasn't prepared (i had fake piss) and i had gotten stoned the night before...it didn't pick it up and i've heard similar things from other people.

Most of these drug tests arnt all that accurate anyway.

But if your seriously going to try and drink it all out of your system - dont over do it or you'l kill yourself - water is poisonous.

Thanks Ya'll-keep em' comin'. I also am wondering why they would tell me to go to the location that suits me with no paperwork and all I can remember is DOT physical and him saying-"they will check your legs, arms, ask you to bend, physical parts about me" but I don't recall urine test. I know I need a new DOT examination card and I think this is all they wanted me to do. So, do I just show up and tell them only about the physical part cause I cannot call the guy and ask. Any answers?

yo, the facility knows your comming. they also know what your employer wants. id be prepared for 3 hrs. hearing test, vision test, touch your toes, look up down and around, ...and of course...turn your head and cough.

and yep, they will take a lotta blood. lotta blood. and they will want three samples of pee. they will want one sample for testing for blood in your piss...to eliminate chance of kidney problems...well its more of a screen.

then they will want the other two, 30 ml and 15 ml. that is for the pee test. its a 5 panel drug screen. dot is federaly regulated, so there is no chance they will hit you with anything other than a piss test. 99.9 % sure of that.

they cannot pat you down. they cannot request you be in a gown. however, if you are already in a gown for reasons pertaining to a "physical" it is well within their rights to make you piss then.

for humane reasons...they will do the pee tests first if you go in there and say your about to explode. if they say no, tell them its inhumane and you have to go really bad. if they say no, well leave and hire a lawyer.

your options are limited if you smoked within 24 hr. you want to substitute. you need clean pee. and freeze it till tomorrow AM. you need to devise a way to store it. after you take the pee test first, you will move on to other parts of the physical.

when your about to do the proverbial turn your head and cough, the doc will leave you alone to change in the gown, any one that does not should be asked to leave.

that is when you want to cleverly hide any evidence of fake pee. somewhere inside your clothing...but not your pockets...they can make you empty them. also, the doc will likely have you drop everything, so if there is an ace bandage around your leg, yep busted.

hope this helps. from my dot experience. also, you will be popped 4 times a year, randomly every three months. if you drive a cdl vehicle, or some companys do it anyway if you just drive like pickups [mine, and my reason for no more toke].

BTW: Warning about water. Don't undermine this either. Drinking lots of water will upset the balance ov electrolytes in your body. If you smoked within a day its not even worth a try [dilution], unless you test yourself and pass a practice run.

At any rate, I suggest you use gatorade or powerade. The latest incedent of water poisoning was that chick who "held her wee for a wii". She won the lousy 250 dollar console, but lost her life in the process. Her mom found her dead in her apt. A nurse callled the show and was laughed at when she told them you could die from water.

so if you chose to dilute, read the stickies and be realistic about the limitations your body has. dont be stupid, you can always look for other work and take a month of...and pee clean np.

Lip, he's getting a DOT test done by a lab. It will test for pot a 4 other drugs. They will do validity testing on it. DOT tests are very accurate but just not very extensive (they only test for 5 drugs).

I wish you would consider subbing. If you must go with dilution, ready the dilution sticky thoroughly. Also, you may want to run out and get a drug test or two. Once you start diluting tomorrow, you can test yourself. If you can't find instant validity tests then testing your urine for drugs will only show whether you test negative for THC. There would still be a possiblity of testing dilute negative without validity test strips. If it comes back positive still then dilute some more. Again that may leave you vunerable to a negative dilute. Drinking lots of water days before the test will not help you though. It won't clean you out.

Good info on your personal experience with the DOT testing but if he gets a clean sample and is going to use it tomorrow, the frig would be fine. No need to freeze and thaw with such a limited time frame. The urine in the frig is good for about 2 weeks. BiggC doesn't want to sub though, but I would go with subbing too if I could get a clean sample or synthetic urine from a head shop.

If he is following the dilution method correctly, he should drink measured amounts as defined in the dilution sticky give or take and not force feed himself 2 or more gallons of water. Drinking a sports drink when diluting is more for specific gravity, one of the validity tests the lab will conduct on a DOT drug test. He wants to dilute the drugs enough by drinking fluids but not dilute enough to get a negative dilute or in a worst case scenario die. True, you can die from water intoxication and sports drinks would help prevent this a little, but he shouldn't be drinking no where near the amount of fluids where he might die.

Thanks Guys for all the info-I want the job but I am afraid its too late for the diluting to work. I probably won't be able to get any fake piss or someone's clean urine I might just cancel the whole she-bang. Its driving for a oil company delivery different kinds of oil in the straight truck w/ a tanker on back as well as tilting/rolling 55 gallon drums. I should just give myself more time and go after something else but I have come to understand that with the DOT regs I will not be able to drive and smoke after work based on the rules and random D.T.'s. Do anybody know someone that drives as a job and still smokes? By the way, in 2005 I took what was the same kind of test with papers to the same clinic and I only did the physical part but urine was taken for checking the blood but that was it-
