Lip, he's getting a DOT test done by a lab. It will test for pot a 4 other drugs. They will do validity testing on it. DOT tests are very accurate but just not very extensive (they only test for 5 drugs).

I wish you would consider subbing. If you must go with dilution, ready the dilution sticky thoroughly. Also, you may want to run out and get a drug test or two. Once you start diluting tomorrow, you can test yourself. If you can't find instant validity tests then testing your urine for drugs will only show whether you test negative for THC. There would still be a possiblity of testing dilute negative without validity test strips. If it comes back positive still then dilute some more. Again that may leave you vunerable to a negative dilute. Drinking lots of water days before the test will not help you though. It won't clean you out.

Good info on your personal experience with the DOT testing but if he gets a clean sample and is going to use it tomorrow, the frig would be fine. No need to freeze and thaw with such a limited time frame. The urine in the frig is good for about 2 weeks. BiggC doesn't want to sub though, but I would go with subbing too if I could get a clean sample or synthetic urine from a head shop.

If he is following the dilution method correctly, he should drink measured amounts as defined in the dilution sticky give or take and not force feed himself 2 or more gallons of water. Drinking a sports drink when diluting is more for specific gravity, one of the validity tests the lab will conduct on a DOT drug test. He wants to dilute the drugs enough by drinking fluids but not dilute enough to get a negative dilute or in a worst case scenario die. True, you can die from water intoxication and sports drinks would help prevent this a little, but he shouldn't be drinking no where near the amount of fluids where he might die.
