Anything you can grow well indoors you can do outdoors and usually get a tastier result and much higher yield, of course. Just place your order for what suits you best and go for it.

Start them inside and set them free in the ground after they're at least a foot tall. Chances are they'll be showing preflowers by then so you won't have to waste time and space on any males. It sounds like you're planning on a guerilla grow so I wouldn't be spending a lot of money on seeds. Most of the plants you scatter you'll never see again and seedlings will be eaten by insects as they surface. If I were doing guerilla grows again I'd save the good seeds for home use and plant only clones and bag seed (after they've grown enough to be sexed).

and no, the entire plant does not turn blue but some do have tints of blue in the leaves and flowers.
