Quick, Easy Question

I have looke everywhere and cant find my question so...
Im germinating seeds right now and once they sprout and I place them in rockwool then do I water them for a couple weeks? How would they get nutrition to get bigger with just water?

Correct me if Im wrong...
Distilled water on paper towels and in bag, few days...
take out, place in rockwool, water couple times daily?(no light yet)....
After couple weeks or couple inches start nutes and lights? Something like that?

Once your seeds have sprouted a tap root place the tap root pointing down into the rockwool(I would recomend grow plugs instead).Make sure your rockwool has been soaked in ph adjusted water, I just use it straight from the tap and adjust. Look into buying a germinating dome this will keep your humidity high. As soon as they have popped up out of the rockwool when you see those 2 little round leaves, keep a light on it 18/6. Those 2 little round leaves provide all the nutrients the plant needs for the first month or so. when you have 3 or 4 setts of real leaves and roots coming out of the bottom then your ready to add your nutrients.

Oh yeah make sure the seeds in the bag are in a warm dark place.
