My first ounce..

So yea, basically I'm gettin sick of shellin out 20-40 bucks between my friends and I for a couple grams every day. Have been lookin into acquiring an ounce and have some probably really rookie questions.

First of all, I have never even seen an ounce of weed in person. What does it generally look like? From the pics on this forum I have noticed that a lot of larger quanities come in huge nugs. For some reason I just never pictured it like that. Always thought you basically were dealt 28 individual grams or buds or whatever, ya know? Which makes me wonder, how do you turn this huge one ounce nug into gram bags. I mean how do you like cut it and everything so that it comes out to be a compact bud and not just a gram worth of torn off pieces. (I really hope I am making sense) Haha additionally what kind of tools do I need? Scale? Shears? And yeah where do you get those clever little plastic gram bags?

Hopefully I make it through all this and on the side I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to establish yourself as a dealer in the college environment. I'm goin off to college next fall and am trying to get my feet wet now so I have an idea of what I have to do when I get to school but yea all help is appreciated!

simply just ripp the nug of and/or there will be smaller nugs in the bags alwell scissors work great for breaking a chunk off a nug

i doubt you will get one big 28g nug, you should definetly get some big buds but not full one ounce bud

Oh true. So maybe a few big nugs. But yea do you just eyeball a gram..clip it off and then weight it out?

a gram is generally how much it would take to make a pencil-thick blunt. or two pencil-thick joints.

that's the way i've always learned.

and if you still wanna know about how much an ounce is, it's pretty much a ziploc sandwich bag full, with some nice bulge.

and alot of times, a small nug or two will make a gram.

if you're gonna start dealing you NEED a digital scale. make a run to wal-mart and shell out about 30 bucks. you'll be glad you did.

the nugs arent gonna be larger than 5-6 grams usually. so yea just break off small nugs and weigh them out. go to the local headshop for baggies.

yeah, if you wanna have a sort of "brand" for your dealing, head shops sometimes sell little dime bags with designs n shit on them.

or if you don't wanna spend any extra cash, you can always go get a box of the thin plastic sandwich bags from elementary school (the kind they put the peanut butter sandwiches in)

I get shwagg ounces for $50-$80 depending on the hookup.

put it in jars with a little space left..a couple jars....and open them everyday for a minute or two..and in a couple weeks..that weed will be even better..because most weed is not all the way cured when you get it.

then when you get rid of it..throw it on that digital scale you got from walmart so you can be accruate....
