I am 14 and have started smoking but just a little not to much mabey once every month if im lucky, anyways i would pretty much make her stop until she is 14 or 15 thats your choice yes she is a teenager and hormones and stuff but the green has actually helped some peoples lives but it can also destroy. Yet again this is your choice on what to do. My freinds parents new and sat down with him told him the dont like the fact that he is smoking but he can do it as long as he doesnt get cuaght by the po po's or and other person they are in contact with. But as i said before its your choice and you have the right to stop her
