I LOVE Captain Crunch. Cocoa Puffs will do it the roof of my mouth as well.
You should try sticking the cereal in a blender first....then adding milk to the "crunch dust". Bet that will solve the problem! :thumbsup:

my favorite cereal is fruity pebbles but they get too soggy too quick so you have to eat real fast.

all the puffs make the roof of my mouth all raw and sore.
