If I had to guess, I'd say repotting too. It looks overwatered. Is drainage a problem?

Hmm, I put rocks (steralized from the driveway) in the bottom but the soil I used is terrible and I hate it. It gets really hard like clay soil when it's dry. Probably compacting like a mofo everytime I water... That has to be it...
Thank you thank you. Are you still using the hyponex for your seedlings? If not, what? I need something fluffier. I'm going to Lowe's probably tomorrow...what shall I pick up to repot them in?

any chance of gettin better soil for when you transplant?? good soil is crucial(IMO).

imp: I'm so glad to see that you got that stuff set up. I'm jealous of your 800w dual spectrum.
That is going to make a big difference. That is a nice wide hood as well! Awesome. I see good things in your future. 
Unfortunately, I was half crocked when I built the box (don't worry I had help!!!! ha ha ha) so I didn't take any pics...sorry. If I have to maintenance it I'll be sure to take some snapshots....although I refuse to take pics in the attic....that's another story.
