yeah.. wehn i say just enough to keep you alive, i mean JUST enough to keep you alive. of course you have to take into consideration after awhile it becomes 'normal' i've been there... takes about a month, but eventually your stomach becomes acustomed to it and you don't really notice it... just most people eat more than they really need to eat.... and are used to that ammount.
