the oddness of life and grace of the herbs

since i started smoking ive undergone the craziest transformation-i went from ignoring all the life around me, and its mystery and wonder, to realizing just that and its all thanks to this beautiful delicious little herb! not saying i was totally ignorant before i smoked, i remember thinking really deep stuff even when i was young, i just didnt realize how amazing everything is and how absolutely strange our situation is. were like animals, smart ones, we can record and recall information linearly so that forms time, but all that information is jsut like electric signals in the brain, i dont even know more then that but its so amazing and knowing it has really taught me a lesson, one i am shaping my life by. this life is really not as real as i had thought, or at least this society and because of that i cant buy into things like other people can, things like tv, popular culture, the insignifigant popularity struggle in high school...its all just so meaningless to me and i think because of that i can live life more on my own terms, and im only starting to learn all these things..

i think that maybe when you smoke weed, it connects you to nature and to the planet and the universe because your making the effort to connect with all of it, by first off getting the herb, and then ingesting it. its something you have to want to do to do it. metaphorically speaking (but who knows) its like the sun gods and sky gods and plant gods look down on you inhaling that smoke, and sure it gets you high with thc but theres so much more to it then the high, its the knowledge that comes out of it. i dont see how a substance similar to anandamide which already occurs in the brain can have such a life-changing effect. and i feel like im such a part of everything high..
i cant wait to do acid
